Hotel New Palace - Shingu

This hotel in Shingu city offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and come with basic amenities, including comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel was recently built and everything was still very new and clean. The breakfast served was great, with both Western and Japanese options available. The location is very convenient, being just a short walk from the train station and close to shops and convenience stores. The room was equipped with a small fridge, which was a nice touch.

The hotel did not have a gym or fitness center, which would have been a nice addition. , the staff was not very helpful in assisting with tours or restaurant reservations, which was a bit disappointing.

Secondly, the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated on a quiet street close to downtown and within walking distance of various shops and attractions. I was thoroughly satisfied with the value for money and level of service provided by this hotel.

We loved the hotel's convenient location close to downtown, surrounded by many little cafes and eateries around! The free breakfast had so many varieties with both Japanese and Western options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities werevery comfy and tidy. The parking and transportation were also hassle-free, and we appreciated the coin laundries that could wash and dry our clothes within a short period.
